 he Weald’s Open Morning during Hospice Care Week to meet our friendly te
 am and find out what’s happening at your local hospice.\n\nLearn about h
 ow our exciting transformation programme will see inpatients welcomed back
  to our hospice in Five Ashes and the improvements we have made to the bui
 lding in readiness for this.\n\nWhether you\, or someone close to you\, ha
 s been diagnosed with a life-threatening or life-limiting condition and wo
 uld like to find out more about our free care and support\, or you are sim
 ply curious about how our plans might affect you\, all are welcome.\n\n 	
  Over a hot drink and a slice of cake\, learn about how our free care and
  support is tailored to help people to do the things that matter most to t
 hem\n 	 Hear about our exciting plans to transform care for patients\, wh
 at these changes might mean for you\, and what will happen and when at our
  hospice sites\n 	 Have a tour of our beautiful building and private bedr
 ooms overlooking the fields beyond\n 	 Discover more about our resources 
 for carers and planning end-of-life matters.\n\nYou don’t need to book i
 n advance\, but\, if possible\, please register your interest to help our 
 team make the visit as smooth as possible.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nWhere: Hospice i
 n the Weald\, on The Street (A267)\, in Five Ashes. There’s free parking
  on site\, plus the hospice is wheelchair accessible.\n\nWhen: 10am-noon.
