A taste of tapas comes to Hidden Spring Vineyard

Horam Home Kitchen has been working with Hidden Spring Vineyard in Horam, for a while now, creating pop up events at the vineyard and catering for group bookings. The latest venture is two nights of tapas on 12 and 13 April, served in the intimate setting of the vineyard’s tasting room, with the stunning view over the vines. The evening is priced at £40 per person and should be booked in advance. Tickets comprise a vineyard tour (weather permitting) a welcome glass of fizz, a selection of over eight tapas, and a delicious pudding .  The 13th is Sold Out but to see more details for the 12th of April click Book here. 

Jeanette explained her love of tapas to us:”I’ve done several tapas parties for groups in homes and venues,  it’s very popular. I’m a great believer in sharing meals (having lived in Asia for so many years where it is often the norm). Nobody wants plate envy!  It’s so much more enjoyable to share lots of dishes and get a taste of everything. You will be able to select the tapas that appeal to you or have a bit of everything, and if you tell us in advance, we can create special versions for anyone with dietary requirements.”

Although Horam Home Kitchen have menus, they like to explore a customer’s food preferences, and they take pride in creating unique menus especially tailored to an event.  They get asked to cater for all sorts of occasions; kids parties, special birthdays, dinner parties, anniversaries, funerals, staff Christmas parties, weddings, etc.  I love trying new recipes and cuisines and experimenting on family and friends – they seem quite happy to oblige, especially where cake is involved!
