Beer today – gone tomorrow – don’t miss your chance to taste Sussex’s finest

25th May

Once you have had your fill of animals, shopping and machinery, quench your thirst by heading over to the micro brewery area to sample a range of locally produced beers. Many of the beers on offer have won regional and national awards and are lovingly produced by people who are passionate about making brilliant beers.

Kindly organised by 360° Brewery of Sheffield Park, this tent features seven guest breweries from across East and West Sussex.

“There has been a huge growth in independent craft breweries over the last few years, which has led to greater consumer choice and many more different beer styles being available in the UK than ever before,” said Neil Walker of the Society of Independent Brewers.

This is certainly the case in Sussex with Gun Brewery, Downlands Brewery, Long Man Brewery, Greyhound Brewery, Ballards Brewery, Firebird Brewing Company and 360 Degree Brewing.

The 360 Degree Brewing Company was born out of the fact that it is located right next to the Greenwich Meridian in East Sussex.  The company has won many awards not only for its beer but for the design of its products.
