The ever popular deli on Heathfield’s High St, now stocks a range of luxury chocolates in their new bespoke chocolate chiller cabinet. H&R, English chocolate truffles have pride of place, with a choice of Belgium premium chocolates alongside. The store also has Italian Easter eggs and a great choice of unusual chocolate delights.
Join in the Bateman’s, Burwash Cadbury Easter Egg Hunt
Throughout the Easter school holidays we’ll be offering families the chance to join in the fun of our Cadbury Easter Egg Hunt. Based on nature poetry from the I Am the Seed That Grew the Tree children’s nature poetry book and inspired by the garden and estate, our larger than usual Easter hunt will have the children looking around the garden, play area and wider estate for clues to complete the trail.
Easter egg hunt runs from Sat 6 April to Monday 22 April 2019 10am – 4pm daily£3.00 per trail No need to pre-book. Delicious chocolate treat prize per hunter. Non-chocolate alternative prize also available
Friday 19th April 19 Easter Bunny Hunt on Good Friday – Wilderness Woods
Join us for Spring celebrations at the woods with Lucy’s Little Forest School’s take on the traditional Easter Bunny Hunt; hand-crafted chocolate treats provided by local chocolate maker Rowdy and Fancy’s; arts and crafts; face-painting and flowers; Mini-Movers pop-up session with Movement Warriors; and a delicious lunch-time BBQ.
Time: Anytime between 10am and 4pm everyday of the bank-holiday weekend. No need to book.
Price: £10 per family (CASH ONLY – and no cash-back facility available) for bunny hunt and walk in the woods (50% discount for members). Money goes towards the stewardship of the wood.
