King’s Church launch new after school activities for young people
When the King’s Church launched their highly successful youth boxing classes, earlier this year, the community reacted positively and praised the organisation for initiating activities for young people in the area. Following on from this the King’s Church are now launching two new activities for the young people of Heathfield and surrounding areas.
“Do you love football? Come along and play 5-A-side in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. It is a great way to let off steam. All abilities welcome!” commented, Youth Worker, Hannah Joy.
Youth Football is for school years 6 – 10, it will take place at State Hall, Station Rd, Heathfield, TN21 8LD on Thursdays 7pm -9pm and run from May 9th to July 4th 2019. For only £5 for nine weeks it is amazing value.
Pilates classes are for ages 11 – 19 at State Hall, Station Rd, Heathfield, TN21 8LD on Thursdays 7pm – 8pm and will run from May 9th – July 4th
Pilates is a great way to increase self-esteem, concentration and coordination. It’s also an effective means of reducing stress and helps create clarity and focus for studies, as well as improving posture and promoting a positive self-image. It is perfect exercise for both body and mind.
