Lightning Fibre Celebrates Triple Awards Success

Full fibre broadband provider Lightning Fibre, which serves Heathfield and surrounding areas, is celebrating a national awards hat-trick after scooping multiple honours at this year’s ISPA Awards.

The East Sussex-based company won Best Consumer ISP (under 100,000 customers) for the third consecutive year, alongside the coveted Best Customer Experience award. Judges praised Lightning Fibre for its reliable gigabit-capable network, strong customer satisfaction, fair pricing and commitment to supporting local communities.

CCO Rob Reaks said the recognition reflects the company’s customer-first approach: “Winning Best Consumer ISP three years in a row is incredible. It shows our dedication to giving customers the speed, reliability and service they can trust.”

ISPA Chair Steve Leighton added that this year’s winners highlight the innovation and resilience shaping the UK’s digital future.
