Overview
Many of us want to start a new business but lack the confidence or knowledge to do so. Whether you want a better work/life balance, want to be your own boss, or are just tired of the rat race, you need to plan carefully before starting a new business.
At Edeal we take you through all the things you must think about, and do, in a practical workshop that focuses on the realities of starting your business and making sure that it succeeds.

Our action-packed workshop which is fully funded by Wealden District Council covers a wide range of topics, during the workshop we will discuss and explore the following.

- How much do you know about your business idea?
- Choosing the right legal status for your business
- Keeping on the right side of the law
- Introduction to profit & loss forecasting and cash flow forecasting
- Business Networking and the best groups to join
- What is your approach to marketing and sales?
What you will achieve
At the end of the workshop, you will be in a position to prepare your business plan and avoid many of the pitfalls that cause problems for so many start-ups.

This free workshop is available to any resident living in the Wealden District who is thinking of starting a new business or any business owner who has recently started trading and would benefit from the advice.
