High street business re-opens safely
As lockdown restrictions ease Cranwell Wealth Solutions’ Uckfield and Heathfield high street branches are now open and welcoming both planned and impromptu visits from the public. Both branches are open Monday to Friday, 9am until 4.30pm.
Like other businesses, the safety of the Cranwell team and those who visit is the company’s number one priority. While there are many more hygiene procedures in place, you can be sure to see the same welcoming faces from the dedicated team there to greet you.
Customers can make a face-to-face appointment with a member of the Cranwell team if they would like to visit one of the branches, but drop ins are also very welcome. Either way, the team will ensure the number of people in the branches is limited at all times to allow for adequate social distancing measures.
In addition to visiting Cranwell’s high street branches, many existing clients have opted for either face-to-face meetings in their gardens or having an online video call with one of our advisors. Both options are available to clients and potential clients.
When visiting either of Cranwell’s premises you will find hand sanitizers available and meeting rooms large enough for two to three people to safely distance themselves. All client drinks are served in disposable cups.
Stephen Palmer, Founder of Cranwell Wealth Solutions, explains: “Our teams wash their hands as soon as they arrive and continually wash their hands throughout the day. They use disposable paper towels to dry their hands and ensure all work surfaces and areas of the office are cleaned thoroughly with antibacterial solutions every night.
“The last few months have been testing and unusual for all of the team, we’ve often joked that working from home has had its challenges! But most of all we’ve missed terribly working and laughing along side each other and being part of both Uckfield and Heathfield’s friendly high streets. We are delighted to be back.
“We wish every single one of our clients the best and hope you are all keeping safe and well. We cannot wait for brighter more stable days ahead and look forward to seeing you all soon.”
