Need help with your will and estate planning? Keyte Legal can help.
25th August
Will writing and estate planning are sensitive areas of the law and require careful handling. A specialist company established in this area is Keyte Legal – located in Heathfield, it is a family run and female led business headed up by MD Eloise Keyte. The business is just over two years old and has gone from strength to strength, establishing a trustworthy and professional service across East Sussex and surrounding areas. Keyte Legal specialise in Estate Administration (Probate), Will writing, Powers of Attorney, Trusts and Court of Protection matters.
If you have been putting off making provision for the future then it could be a good time to make use of Keyte Legal’s offer of a free half an hour initial discussion to talk you through your circumstances and requirements and to get a no obligation quote.
A Different Approach
Eloise established herself as a sole practitioner after working in various size firms over previous years, as due to the nature of her work, she strongly believes in taking a more personal and friendly approach. Eloise did not like working under the pressures of billing targets and takes a more human approach to her work. The business has over 80 positive client reviews and Eloise prides herself on being empathetic and kind.
Eloise explains: “The last thing I would want for a client is for them to feel like I am clock watching or out to maximise fees. I offer a professional yet personalised service as I believe that the connection to people is extremely important. They are, after all, trusting me with planning their future. It is a very sensitive area of law and it brings me a great sense of pride to be able to help people without billing every possible minute. For example, with an estate (probate) matter, I only charge for time I actually spend working on the file and not in six minute time blocks as most firms typically do. It never sat right with me to be told I should charge a client for the extra time talking to them and getting to know them better, or giving them some space to be upset during an already traumatic time.”
Key Working
Due to the nature of the service provided, Keyte Legal were able to continue to offer a complete service throughout the pandemic. Meetings can be conducted face-to-face where required, although Eloise has found that some clients prefer a video meeting due to their own busy lifestyles. This has given access to people all over the country and Keyte Legal are proud to say they have clients worldwide, stretching as far as New Zealand and Thailand.
The Future of the Business
Despite appearances, Eloise works from home in Heathfield, as do her staff, and uses a service address for her mail. her plan is to open a high street office and to have a larger team. The majority of people need to plan for the future, but perhaps do not realise why or what would happen without a plan in place.
As a thank you to the people of Heathfield for the already warm welcome, we would like to offer a 10% discount of our services for the first 20 readers, using the code HNKL10.
