Hospice in the Weald
We provide free care for patients with a terminal illness and those important to them in northern East Sussex and west Kent.

Our Hospice nurses, staff and volunteers support patients not only in their final weeks but are here to help people to better control their symptoms and live well, so they can enjoy time with loved ones throughout their last year of life.

Our Hospice in Maidstone Road, Pembury and our pioneering Cottage Hospice in Five Ashes, provide in-patient care, whilst our Outreach Service cares for patients in their own homes, in local care homes, and provide outreach to local hospitals. We ensure everyone with a terminal illness, and their loved ones, will always receive care that is completely free of charge.

Independent from the NHS, we need to raise over £8million to provide vital Hospice care in the community.
